How do I place an order?
Browse through our website and simply “Add to Cart” your favorite item.
Select the desired size and quantity.
Now, proceed to checkout by clicking the “Cart “ icon in the top right corner (the one displaying the number of items you have selected).
Fill in your personal details, address and any if you posses one, the promotional voucher code.
Proceed and verify your shopping cart items.
Choose your payment method and provide your banking details in a fully secured manner.
Once the order is placed a confirmation message will show and a confirmation email will be send to your email.
What types of payments do you accept?
You can pay easily with PayPal, credit card or by bank transfer. For Germany you can also pay cash on delivery.
My items are for business purposes, how do I get a VAT receipt?
We always send the items with an invoice and packing list. The invoice has all information required.
What service do you use to post items?
We use DHL and FedEx. Please consult the Shipping page for the exact fee and delivery company assigned to your country.
What are your P&P charges?
Please have a look on the Shipping page where you will find a chart with all countries and postage fees listed. If you can’t find your country listed there, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world. Please consult the Shipping page for the exact fee and delivery company assigned to your country.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if your country is not listed and we can provide you the shipment fee and the company name.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Germany the delivery time is 1-3 days,
For other European countries is 3-6 business days
For the rest of the world the delivery time can be up to 5 weeks.
Please take into consideration that this period can be prolonged by the customs rules of your country.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a 14 days return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days after you received the order. Just send us an e-mail and tell us that you want to cancel some items or the whole order. If an item doesn’t fit well you can also change the size within 14 days.
By registering, will you pass my details on to any other companies?
No, we will not pass your details on to other companies.
Do you sell fur or leather products?
No, all Queen of Darkness products are 100% animal cruelty free. We use faux leather and faux fur, which are polyester.
Do your products contain nickel?
How do I find out the sizes of products?
Each product has individual sizing information on the product details page under the “Size” tab. A pop-up will appear with the sizes and the measurements both in centimeters and inches.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
You can click the button FORGOT PASSWORD and a new password will be sent to you automatically.
Can I change my password?
Of course you can change the password anytime you want. Log in to your account top-right corner.
By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter or any discount promotions.
If you do decide to sign up, you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time.
Do you do wholesale also? How can I get a wholesale access?
Yes, we do wholesale as well. Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your shop / business information and a copy of your business license.
If you already have a VAT ID please send it over to us as well. We will check your documents and then activate you for our wholesale shop and send you all the details.
Can I apply for model and how?
Yes, collaboration opportunities may arise throughout the year. Send us your portfolio along with your contact details, personal information and current location to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be contacted by our marketing team if found suitable for a modeling shooting.
