ATTENTION: The entrance of our local gothic-store is in the Wittestraße, directly in the Hupfeld-Center (former piano factory of the Ludwig Hupfeld AG) with the large tower with green copper roof.

Which public transport (ÖPVN) drive to the GOTHIC STORE in Leipzig?
1.) We recommend to come by bus. Since you can absolutely do nothing wrong. The "Bus 80" stops right in front of our GOTHIC STORE (Hupfeld Center) at the "Wittestrasse" stop. NOTE: From the "Lindenau bus station" you can, for example, comfortably in the "Bus 80" direction "Thekla" rise & is in about 10 minutes directly in front of our fashion store in Leipzig.
2.) The "BUS lines 130 & 131" bring you comfortably from the Leipzig main station to our GOTHIC STORE. You have to get off at the "Merseburger/Schomburgkstr" & then only walk about 7 minutes more down Ludwig-Hupfeld-Str. (on the Subway side) along to Wittestrasse.
3.) If you prefer to take a tram, then you have to take the "TRAM 7" and get off at the "S-Bahnhof Leutzsch" stop. From the bridge center at the stop you can already see the large tower with green copper roof from the Hupfeld Center. Until our local store + outlet, it is then the Ludwig-Hupfeld-Straße along walk about 6-8 minutes. NOTE: If you start from the main station, you have to take the TRAM 7 direction "Böhlitz-Ehrenberg".
4.) If you rather drive by the TRAIN (S-Bahn), you take the "S1" or "S10" and get off at the stop "Leipzig-Leutzsch". The rest of the way you have to walk then walk along the Ludwig-Hupfeld-Straße. That takes about 6-8 minutes.

How do I place an order?

What types of payments do you accept?
You can pay easily with PayPal, credit card or by bank transfer. For Germany you can also pay cash on delivery.
My items are for business purposes, how do I get a VAT receipt?
We always send the items with an invoice and packing list. The invoice has all information required.

What are your P&P charges?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world. Please consult the Shipping page for the exact fee and delivery company assigned to your country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For Germany the delivery time is 1-3 days,

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a 14 days return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 14 days after you received the order. Just send us an e-mail & tell us that you want to cancel some items or the whole order. If an item doesn’t fit well you can also change the size within 14 days.
By registering, will you pass my details on to any other companies?
No, we will not pass your details on to other companies. We just need your adress to ship you your ordered items

How do I find out the sizes of products?
Each product has individual sizing information on the product details page under the “Size” tab. A pop-up will appear with the sizes and the measurements both in centimeters & inches. If there is no size-information of the item, feel free to contact us via e-mail: office@queen-of-darkness.com

Yes, we do wholesale as well. Please send us an e-mail to office@queen-of-darkness.com with your shop / business information /VAT ID & a copy of your business license.
If you already have a VAT ID please send it over to us as well. We will check your documents and then activate you for our wholesale shop and send you all the details.

Can I apply for model & how?
Yes, collaboration opportunities may arise throughout the year. Send us your portfolio along with your contact details, personal information & current location to office@queen-of-darkness.com.
